Demand Generation Lead

About the role

We are looking to fill an incredibly impactful role at POSist for Demand Gen Lead; You will have the opportunity to work in a successful, fast-moving, mission-driven team.  You will be responsible for setting a new function and building a setting for your team to drive MQLs (Qualified Marketing lead), Marketing funnel optimization, and scaling marketing campaigns globally. 

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams; you’ll support digital marketing campaigns 

efforts by setting up end-to-end processes that include planning, execution, and deep-dive reporting of drip campaigns (including data analytics and metrics).

Key Responsibilities:


Analytical Mindset- Expertise in Google Analytics

  • Must have excellent knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Provide reporting and analysis to monitor and optimize our  website and landing pages
  • Provide analysis for data-driven optimizations for and, which receives over 100k unique visitors every month
  • Run analysis on key trends to identify priority areas for optimization of the buyer journey
  • Define and track KPIs.  Create reports and dashboards to analyze performance from traffic to conversion through to leads and pipeline


Hypothesis validation is a must.

  • Must have a good understanding of A/B testing, conclude data, and drive to take action accordingly.
  • Objectively deliver testing insights and help create a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Good experience in using tools like Segment, Mixpanel, Google Optimize, Hotjar, and GA


Email Marketing Knowledge

  • Thorough understanding of managing email distribution contact lists on Hubspot and other CRM and marketing automation systems
  • Segmenting audiences and optimizing campaigns to increase effectiveness. 
  • Carrying out A/B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results 
  • Map the customer journey and engage through various touchpoints, thereby increasing conversions


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS
  • Strong background with HubSpot or other marketing automation platform
  • Experience in implementing enterprise-level demand generation programs
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
