The governing body has also brought in regulations to check how much oil is reused while frying. Under the FSSAI guidelines, food products are to be categorized under two heads, namely Standardized and proprietary food.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Ways To Keep Your Restaurant More Hygienic\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Most restaurateurs carry their own set of rules and regulations to maintain hygiene at their place. Here are some tips that you can follow every day!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The floor of your restaurant shouldn\u2019t be too slippery. Especially for areas like kitchen and dining, you need to maintain the standards of hygiene outlined by the FSSAI.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center; color: #0853b5;\"><em><strong>\u201cIf the area is too dusty, there should be screens to cut out the dust. It should not have too many nooks and corners.
