Job Summary:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of a global channel sales and partnerships strategy. This individual will lead a team of channel sales and partnership professionals and work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to expand the company’s reach and market share through strategic partnerships.
The Global Channel Sales & Partnerships Director will play a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth and expanding its reach and market share through strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global channel sales and partnerships strategy that aligns with the company’s overall sales and business goals.
- Build and manage a team of channel sales and partnership professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key industry players to expand the company’s reach and market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Monitor and analyze channel sales and partnership data, using this information to make informed decisions and adjust strategy as needed.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and technical support, to ensure a positive customer experience and to address any issues that may arise.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to effectively execute the global channel sales and partnerships strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading global channel sales and partnership teams.
- Strong understanding of the channel sales and partnership landscape, with the ability to identify new opportunities and build relationships with key industry players.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
