This year team Posist participated in the 36th edition of Aahar, Asia’s largest Food and Hospitality fair. The event was scheduled for 26th-30th March 2022 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India. After a long pause of 2 years post-COVID, it was a great opportunity to connect with F&B professionals from all across India, as well as other nations around the world.
This edition of Aahar witnessed a great footfall and a high participation rate from various countries around the world. There were more than 80 exporters from different segments of agricultural products which include geographical indication products, processed food, organic, and frozen food products that participated in the fair.

We also got an opportunity to demonstrate our all-in-one restaurant technology platform. It helps restaurateurs streamline operations for:
- Front-of-house: Restaurant POS, Server Management, Contactless Dining, Online Ordering, and Loyalty Management
- Back-of-house: Inventory Management, Kitchen Management, Supply Chain Management, Pilferage Control, and Staff Management

We got to demonstrate to our prospects how they can use the platform to keep their restaurant operations always-on, boost customer retention, and serve great experiences using data-backed insights. Among the 10,000+ customers that use the platform, a few are Taco Bell, Nando’s, K-Hospitality, Copper Chimney, The Belgian Waffle, Giani’s, and Barbeque Nation, and more.
This event also served as a great opportunity for us to introduce our customers and prospects to our refreshed positioning and brand identity. In March 2022, we celebrated a decade of helping restaurants become efficient and prosperous. It marked a long journey from our first POS prototype in 2011 to a full-stack platform that streamlines restaurant operations end-to-end, at scale.
